Qualifications:

• Prior maintenance or technical experience in Property Management or associated / similar trades
• Plumbing
• Heating HVAC
• HVAC certifications preferred
• Electrical
• Carpentry
• Appliance repair
• Drywall / paint / spackle
• Must have own tools and vehicle Professional Traits
• Works well with a team or independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Respects timeliness and attendance
• Organized and able to multitask
• Clean / neat
• Detailed with follow through General Duties, but not limited to:
• Participate in team member on-call rotation
• Performs routine maintenance work orders requiring various maintenance trade skills
• On going monitoring of community safety conditions and community curb appeal conditions
• Engage in all duties related to turnover maintenance of apartment homes as directed by Maintenance Supervisor / Property Manager.
• Trouble shoot operational systems (HVAC / plumbing / electrical), and appliances. Perform assorted general maintenance tasks (locks, keys, cleaning, etc.)
• Participate in team territory inspections and assigned site area clean up zones
• Assist with internal snow removal assignments for designated areas (primary snow duties are handled by subcontractors)
• Moving of
• appliances as needed, trash to dumpster compactor as needed, empty doggie stations as needed, other "moving needs" as directed
