Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Pool Service Technician, where you'll be the driving force behind maintaining pristine and safe aquatic environments. In this energetic role, you'll perform routine pool cleaning, water chemistry balancing, and equipment maintenance to ensure optimal operation of pools and aquatic facilities. Your mechanical expertise and attention to detail will help deliver exceptional service to our clients while working outdoors in a fast-paced, rewarding setting. This paid position offers the opportunity to develop specialized skills in pool systems and water treatment while providing top-notch customer service. Responsibilities Conduct regular pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and debris removal to maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Balance pool chemistry by testing water levels and adjusting chemical agents such as chlorine, pH adjusters, and algaecides to ensure healthy water conditions. Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing systems using hand tools and power tools. Perform routine maintenance on pool systems to prevent issues and extend equipment lifespan. Operate company vehicles safely to travel between multiple aquatic facilities for scheduled service visits. Handle water treatment chemicals responsibly following safety protocols and industry regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to explain services performed, address questions, and provide recommendations for ongoing pool care. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool plumbing systems and equipment troubleshooting. Experience with pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment repair. Knowledge of water treatment chemical handling and safety procedures. Familiarity with aquatic facility operations or similar outdoor work environments preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment efficiently. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for safe operation of company vehicles. Pay:
$25.18 - $30.32 per hour
