Maintenance Facilities Technician

- Job Summary
- The Maintenance / Facilities Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving the functionality, safety, and appearance of assigned facilities and equipment.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- + Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds + Troubleshoot and repair facility-related issues including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and carpentry needs + Maintain warehouse and production equipment as assigned + Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations + Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify safety hazards or maintenance needs + Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed + Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and inventory of tools and supplies + Ensure compliance with OSHA, local, and state safety regulations + Support improvement projects, facility upgrades, and general upkeep + Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools •Required Qualifications•+ High school diploma or GED required + 2+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or building operations + Working knowledge of general building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, basic mechanical) + Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively + Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills + Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks + Reliable attendance and strong safety awareness •
Pay Details:
