- Property Maintenance Technician Looking for a company that values hard work, dedication, and teamwork? Dalkey Management is hiring a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help maintain our apartment communities in Pawtucket, RI. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and is willing to pitch in wherever needed. Responsibilities Complete resident work orders and general plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, carpentry, drywall, and painting repairs. Complete apartment turnovers, including repairs, painting, extensive cleaning, and move-in preparation. Maintain buildings, common areas, amenities, grounds, and maintenance equipment. Perform janitorial duties, trash removal, landscaping, and snow removal. Assist with preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and vendor coordination. Communicate professionally with residents and coworkers, document work, and maintain safe working conditions. Qualifications 2+ years of relevant maintenance or construction experience; multifamily experience preferred. Hands-on experience with general repairs, painting, and apartment turnovers. HVAC, plumbing, and appliance repair experience preferred. Reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to perform all aspects of property maintenance. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions. Schedule & Compensation Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM Rotating on-call coverage, including nights, weekends, holidays, and snow emergencies. Overtime as needed. Primarily Pawtucket, with travel to other RI and MA properties. $26-$30/hour, based on experience and technical ability.
