Job Description
Rental Property Maintenance and Make Ready. This is for 35 rental homes and community room. Must have basic knowledge and skills in plumbing (ex. fixing leaking pipe, changing out faucets, toilet repair/replacement), electric (ex. changing out light fixtures, outlets, switches, and breakers, Drywall and painting (ex. hole repair and painting of vacant units),and changing out appliances. Will be responsible for getting vacant units turned and ready for rental (including janitorial). On call for emergencies. Must be able to multi-task and have time management skills. Some lifting required.
