Maintenance Technician / Tooling Technician - Industrial Manufacturing We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians and Tooling Technicians to support a fast-paced industrial manufacturing operation. Opportunities are available supporting both plastic injection molding/tooling operations and assembly/secondary manufacturing processes. Maintenance Technician - Injection Molding / Assembly Responsibilities may include: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery Troubleshoot plastic injection molding equipment and auxiliary systems Support automated assembly equipment, conveyors, fixtures, and production machinery Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial robotics and robotic automation systems Perform basic robot troubleshooting, recovery, teach pendant adjustments, and programming as applicable Maintain and repair equipment used in vacuum forming, lamination, gluing/adhesive application, and related secondary processes Diagnose equipment failures and minimize production downtime Troubleshoot sensors, motors, drives, controls, and PLC-related issues Complete equipment changeovers, adjustments, and repairs Document maintenance activities and completed work orders Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives Tooling Technician - Plastic Injection Molding Responsibilities may include: Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and prepare plastic injection molds and tooling Perform preventive maintenance on molds, dies, fixtures, and related tooling Diagnose mold problems including wear, damage, alignment, cooling, ejector, and mechanical issues Disassemble, clean, inspect, repair, and reassemble injection molds Perform mold changes, setups, and tooling adjustments Repair or replace mold components as necessary Perform basic machining, grinding, polishing, welding, and hand-fitting as applicable Read and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications Support tooling associated with vacuum forming, lamination, gluing, fixtures, and secondary manufacturing processes Work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Production, and Quality to reduce downtime and improve tooling performance Preferred Experience Industrial manufacturing maintenance or tooling experience Plastic injection molding experience strongly preferred for molding/tooling positions Experience with industrial robotics and automated manufacturing systems Experience with automated assembly or secondary manufacturing equipment Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting PLC, controls, sensors, motors, and drives troubleshooting Injection molds, tooling, fixtures, and mold preventive maintenance Vacuum forming, lamination, gluing/adhesive systems, or similar processes Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment EVE1
