Filling Room Mechanic / Production Maintenance Technician Royal Labs Natural Cosmetics, Inc. is seeking a dependable, hands-on Filling Room Mechanic / Production Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing and filling operations. This position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

$55,000 per year

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:15

Johns Island, South Carolina Responsibilities Set up, adjust, troubleshoot, and break down filling and packaging lines Assist with production line changeovers Clean and sanitize filling equipment and production lines Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor equipment repairs Assist with production scheduling and equipment maintenance scheduling Perform and document Quality Control (QC) checks during production Complete production, maintenance, and QC paperwork accurately Stage equipment, materials, and packaging for production Operate a forklift to move raw materials, packaging, and finished goods Load and unload trucks Identify and address equipment issues to help minimize production downtime Maintain a clean, safe, and organized filling room Assist with general production and warehouse needs as required Qualifications Mechanically inclined with experience working with production, filling, packaging, or similar equipment preferred Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical and equipment issues Forklift experience preferred Comfortable cleaning, setting up, and maintaining production equipment Able to complete paperwork accurately and follow established procedures Strong organizational and time-management skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Able to lift and move materials associated with a manufacturing environment Experience in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, chemical, or other manufacturing environments is a plus About Royal Labs Royal Labs Natural Cosmetics, Inc. is a contract manufacturer specializing in personal care, cosmetic, and OTC products.
