Responsibilities Perform regular inspections and maintenance of pool plumbing systems, pumps, filters, and other equipment to ensure proper functioning. Balance pool chemistry by handling water treatment chemicals safely and accurately to maintain optimal water quality. Conduct thorough cleaning of pools, including skimming debris, vacuuming surfaces, and brushing walls to uphold cleanliness standards. Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators using hand tools and power tools. Maintain detailed records of chemical levels, maintenance activities, and repairs for each pool serviced. Operate company vehicles responsibly to reach multiple aquatic facilities efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about maintenance procedures and addressing any concerns professionally. Experience Prior experience with aquatic facilities or pool maintenance is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool plumbing systems and equipment troubleshooting. Hands-on experience handling water treatment chemicals safely and effectively. Knowledge of pool chemistry balancing techniques to ensure safe swimming conditions. Outdoor work experience in varying weather conditions is advantageous. Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools for equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
