Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment.
• Utilize logic controllers to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and addressing any concerns.
• Assist with electrical repairs and installations as needed.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours.
• Assist On-Site Manager with generating work schedule
• Notify the On-Site Manager of any problems and make recommendations on how to correct them.
• Able to make recommendations for contracted services.
• 25-30 hours a week.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices, including HVAC, plumbing, and general building repairs.
• Basic electrical knowledge for troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.
