Ready to put your maintenance skills to work? Apply today! 🛠️🏗️ 🔧 Maintenance Technician 📍 Richburg, SC 💰 Competitive Pay | 🕒 Full-Time Join a growing precast concrete manufacturing team! We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

✅ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems ✅ Perform preventive maintenance on mixers, conveyors, forklifts, cranes, and more ✅ Weld, fabricate, and modify equipment as needed ✅ Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and OSHA safety procedures ✅ Maintain maintenance records and support facility upkeep

What We're Looking For:

✔ 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience ✔ Welding and troubleshooting skills ✔ Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and mechanical systems ✔ Ability to read blueprints and schematics ✔

NFPA 70E

training preferred ✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

🔹 Lift up to 50 lbs 🔹 Work in industrial environments with heat, dust, noise, and moving machinery 🔹 Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces #IND53
