Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of ensuring the seamless operation of our facilities. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and appliance systems. Your expertise will help keep our environment safe, efficient, and fully functional, supporting our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to a well-maintained and reliable operation. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Install new appliances and mechanical systems following manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Conduct troubleshooting for HVAC system repair, air conditioning issues, and refrigeration problems to minimize downtime. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used to ensure accurate documentation. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and communicating effectively with team members and clients. Requirements Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Must be over the age of 21 with experience. Must have a clean motor vehicle report. Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, HVAC/R systems, or mechanical systems repair. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams. Must be knowledgeable with overseeing ground maintenance and keeping records. Hands-on experience with appliance installation, kitchen equipment maintenance, and equipment repair. Familiarity with HVAC system repair, refrigeration technology, air conditioning units, and HVAC & appliance technology. Ability to operate maintenance tools safely and efficiently; experience with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) is preferred. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with leadership qualities to guide junior team members when needed. Strong customer service orientation with clear communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members alike.
