Description Job Overview:
This position will assist in the management of property amenities and grounds in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards. This individual will develop knowledge and skill in the areas of physical facilities maintenance and property maintenance. The amenities include Lap Pool, Splashpad, Lazy Rivers, Dog Parks, Playgrounds, Pocket Parks, Ponds, and Walking Trails.
Your Responsibilities:
Maintain clean ground on common area within pool grounds Regular inspections of playground area at amenities Making sure all assigned areas are clean and presentable Inspect all River flow motors and pumps within current protocol standards Test, balance and record chemicals added in log every 2 hr. Check and log all VFD data and operations Maintain and troubleshoot chemical feeder controllers Vacuum all bodies of water using line vac or vac systems Brush all pool surfaces, tile, walls and floor Skim surface debris Empty skimmer baskets Clean pump baskets Clean grates of any debris Backwash filtration systems to maintain flow established rates Maintain a secure facility by checking all exit gates and alarms Maintain a clean and orderly pump room Maintain minimum stock numbers on chemical inventory Organize equipment Competing minor repairs to the amenities Report any emergencies or concerns to facilities manager Handles various cleaning solvents, chemicals, etc. Comply with all regulations such as OSHA, EPA, State Health Department, etc. Creates the culture needed to enhance, promote, and execute daily positive interaction among members of the building management team. Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment. Performs other job-related duties as directed.
Skills & Qualifications:
Two (2) years of experience with Residential and commercial swimming pool operation. Time management and interpersonal skills required. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service, communication skills required.

As a full-time non-exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and vision. In addition, you will be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.
Compensation :
$25 / hour
