Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Floor Tech / Porter / Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean, orderly, and inviting environment for our residents and guests. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms, public areas, restrooms, and other designated spaces Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and polishing to ensure high standards of cleanliness Follow safety procedures and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment effectively Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly Adhere to established protocols for sanitation and infection control standards Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or hospitality environments preferred Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled shifts Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Customer-oriented and friendly with excellent multitasking abilities. Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
