This role focuses on landscaping, lawn care, wooded areas, ponds, fountains, aeration systems, and general exterior upkeep. Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, watering, debris removal, seasonal preparation, and operating landscaping equipment. The Technician also assists the Facilities Maintenance Engineer with basic non‑technical maintenance tasks and reports building issues when observed.
