PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Maintenance must be able to implement, organize, direct and manage the overall maintenance programs of the property. Implement and supervise the ongoing preventative maintenance programs and be capable of training and developing subordinates. Possess the skills to recognize weakness in other employees and improve that individual's skills and abilities. The Senior Maintenance is responsible for monitoring safety procedures and determining if work is being completed in a safe manner by all maintenance personnel, and the overall safety of the maintenance staff.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE

The Senior Maintenance should have above average oral communication skills, be able to direct and motivate others, have a proven track record in hands-on apartment maintenance skills and must be able to demonstrate and follow established company philosophies, policies and procedures. The Senior Maintenance must exhibit loyalty, honesty, moral integrity and ethical conduct.
