Job Description

Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery, automated equipment, and facility systems. Job Requirements 3+ years of industrial maintenance or related experience Experience working in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environment Experience performing preventive maintenance on: Motors Pumps Hydraulic systems Pneumatic systems Conveyor systems Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and equipment Ability to interpret technical documents and equipment specifications Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
NFPA 70E
certification or willingness to obtain certification Preferred Skills Experience working with automated equipment PLC troubleshooting experience Experience with molding machines, extruders, grinders, chillers, temperature controllers, and conveyors Experience using Fiix CMMS Experience coordinating equipment service with outside vendors and contractors Job Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and electronic equipment. Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns involving molding machines, extruders, grinders, chillers, temperature controllers, conveyors, and other industrial equipment. Maintain motors, pumps, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and conveyor systems. Diagnose mechanical and electrical equipment failures. Document completed maintenance activities in the Fiix computerized maintenance management system. Coordinate with outside vendors for equipment service, replacement parts, and technical support. Support contractors performing maintenance and facility improvement projects. Review technical documentation and equipment specifications when performing maintenance and repairs. Complete maintenance and repair activities in accordance with applicable industry safety standards and guidelines.
