Duties Conduct comprehensive pool maintenance including cleaning, skimming, brushing, and vacuuming to keep pools pristine and inviting Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing systems using hand tools and power tools Balance pool chemistry by handling water treatment chemicals safely and accurately to maintain optimal water quality and safety standards Inspect and maintain pool plumbing systems, ensuring all components function correctly and efficiently Perform routine inspections of aquatic facilities to identify potential issues early and address them promptly Operate company vehicles responsibly to transport equipment and supplies to various outdoor locations Document maintenance activities, chemical levels, repairs, and inspections meticulously for record-keeping purposes Requirements Prior experience with pool maintenance or aquatic facility operations is highly desirable Mechanical knowledge related to pool equipment troubleshooting and repair is essential Familiarity with pool plumbing systems and water treatment chemical handling is required Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and company vehicles safely and responsibly Outdoor work experience in varying weather conditions is preferred Excellent attention to detail in balancing pool chemistry and performing routine inspections Join us as a Pool Technician where your expertise ensures safe, sparkling pools that bring joy to our community!
