Pool Technician
Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pool Cleaner to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of our swimming pools. The ideal candidate will perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor equipment repairs to maintain high standards of pool hygiene and safety for our clients. This role offers an opportunity to work outdoors and contribute to a clean and enjoyable swimming environment. Responsibilities Conduct regular pool maintenance to ensure optimal water quality and cleanliness Perform pool cleaning tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and emptying skimmer baskets Balance pool chemistry by testing water levels and adjusting chemicals as needed to maintain safe and healthy water conditions Inspect and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and chlorinators to ensure proper operation Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to prevent accidents or injuries Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and chemical treatments Assist with opening and closing pools seasonally as required Requirements Prior experience in pool maintenance or related field is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Basic understanding of pool chemistry and equipment is advantageous Good communication skills and a professional attitude Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation to reach different pool locations as needed This position offers a rewarding opportunity for individuals interested in outdoor work, maintaining aquatic environments, and providing excellent service. Pay:
