Facilities Maintenance Coordinator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position $20.00 to $23.00 /hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Oversee facilities maintenance including general maintenance and repair of facility systems including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and other physical structures Manage work order processes and coordinate site services vendors Coordinate and facilitate the set up and breakdowns for company events Respond to emergency call-ins during storms or natural disasters General snow and ice removal Maintain certifications for fire extinguishers, fire system, and elevator maintenance Maintain grounds of all facilities (landscape, parking lots etc) Operate company vehicles to transport materials, inventory, tools, supplies etc May be required to operate forklift, pallet jacks, lifts, or similar motorized equipment General janitorial duties Other duties as assigned
Facilities Maintenance Coordinator Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent 2 years related experience Knowledge of basic facility safety standards Ability to use hand and electric powered tools Strong command of English language both spoken and written Ability to work independently with limited supervision Ability to read, comprehend, and work from plans and operating instructions Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record Preferred Qualifications Advanced knowledge of mechanical and facilities repair and maintenance Physical Requirements Frequent pushing, pulling, stooping, and bending Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
