Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Janitor/Maintenance Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning facility. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and takes pride in keeping our property in excellent condition. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, common areas, and other facility spaces Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty trash Perform basic building maintenance and minor repairs Replace light bulbs, air filters, and other routine maintenance items Monitor building for maintenance needs and report issues Maintain outdoor areas, including light landscaping and litter removal as needed Ensure cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment are organized and stocked Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Previous janitorial or maintenance experience preferred but not required Basic knowledge of hand tools and general building maintenance Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong attention to detail and good time management Reliable transportation Benefits Competitive hourly pay Friendly work environment Opportunity for additional hours based on business needs
