•28.00/hourly Employment Solutions is hiring for our client in Forest, VA — a leading organization in the direct mail manufacturing industry. We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join their team and help keep production running smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime. Set up and prepare equipment for production operations. Assist machine operators with daily maintenance needs and problem-solving. Inspect and test equipment to identify potential issues before they cause disruptions. Order and install replacement parts and perform lubrication as needed. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities. Support and train other technicians on troubleshooting and maintenance procedures. Promote a clean, safe, and organized work environment, following all safety standards. Report and communicate any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions promptly.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar industrial role. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and maintenance best practices. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in tight or noisy environments. Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
