Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM HireOne Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic property maintenance team! Perform light plumbing and light electrical repairs Complete apartment turnovers to prepare units for new residents Install appliances as needed Perform drywall repair, flooring installation, and carpet installation Handle light HVAC maintenance and repairs Assist with groundskeeping duties Safely operate hand and power tools for various maintenance tasks

Position Requirements:

Hard skills: Light plumbing and electrical skills; experience with apartment turnovers; appliance installation; drywall, flooring, and carpet installation; light HVAC knowledge; comfortable using hand and power tools Soft skills: Reliable and dependable; strong problem-solving ability; comfortable working independently and managing multiple maintenance tasks
