FULL-TIME FACILITY MAINTENANCE

$18.00

None Job Summary:
The maintenance department keeps buildings, equipment and grounds in good safe working order. Inspecting systems, fix broken parts and perform daily upkeep like painting, basic plumbing, and minor electrical repairs.
Primary Responsibilities:
Installing insulation, doors, windows, trim, and finish materials Perform property grounds keeping Perform routine inspection of HVAC equipment Participate in on-call facility emergency services Painting interior and exterior drywall, plumbing, electrical, flooring and carpentry duties Additional Duties assigned by management
General Requirements:
Able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs. of force Experience with plumbing and electrical tasks Comfortable working from heights Possess strong problem-solving skills Be able to crawl, bend, reach and otherwise perform duties using repetitive motions Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing using English Valid driver's license and safe driving record • The candidate must be able to pass a drug test and background check It is the policy of WBE to promote tribal self-sufficiency by employing tribal members, other enrolled Native Americans, Alaskans, Hawaiians and all descendants at all levels of Tribal Enterprises.
