Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Match, PTO & More About the Role An established food manufacturer is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to lead advanced troubleshooting, improve equipment reliability and provide technical support across the maintenance team. What You'll Be Doing Lead advanced troubleshooting of complex and recurring equipment issues. Improve equipment reliability, uptime and overall plant performance . Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and eliminate recurring failure points. Develop and improve preventative and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) programs. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, PLC, pneumatic and hydraulic systems . Mentor Maintenance Mechanics and Technicians on troubleshooting and best practices. Maintain accurate PM and corrective maintenance records through CMMS . Support shutdown planning and maintenance priorities. What We're Looking For 5+ years of Maintenance Technician experience . Advanced industrial troubleshooting and equipment reliability experience. Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, PLCs, pneumatics and hydraulics . Experience with electronics, welding, plumbing, machine tools and schematic reading. Proven experience improving PM/PdM strategies . Strong understanding of root cause analysis . Ability to work independently and guide other technicians through equipment issues. Why Apply? $40+/hour based on experience.
