Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Match, PTO & More About the Role An established food manufacturer is seeking an experienced Senior Utilities Technician to maintain and troubleshoot critical plant utility systems, with a strong focus on ammonia refrigeration, boilers, HVAC, compressed air and wastewater . What You'll Be Doing Operate, maintain and troubleshoot industrial ammonia refrigeration systems . Service boilers, HVAC, compressed air, wastewater and steam systems . Troubleshoot compressors, condensers, pumps, vessels, evaporators, heat exchangers and valves. Complete preventative and corrective maintenance. Perform equipment rounds and maintain operating logs. Participate in the Process Safety Management (PSM) program. Record maintenance activity through CMMS . Work with vendors and contractors as required. What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of ammonia refrigeration experience . Experience with boilers, air compressors and plant utility systems . Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability. PSM experience . Ability to read blueprints, manuals and P&IDs . Experience with equipment installation and start-ups.
