Job Description
We are seeking a skilled, self-motiviated, and dependable Maintenance Technician to support our first shift shift operations at our downtown Greenwood, WI location. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities and experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7 am to 3 pm Every third Saturday (double time eligible)Summary of Pay:
Compensation for this position is commensurate with education, experience, and relevant qualifications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Follow and comply with applicable good manufacturing, safety, and quality assurance practices. Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of packaging and production machines Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments. Perform preventative maintenance Powered industrial vehicle operations which may include forklifts, scissor lifts, and floor scrubbers. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.Summary of Benefits:
