23/hour Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing operation in Hartford, WI. This is a great opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional looking to work with advanced manufacturing equipment while enjoying competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and long-term career stability. What You'll Do Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Install, modify, and improve manufacturing equipment Complete maintenance work orders within a CMMS system Support facility maintenance including HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, and lighting systems Assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Operate forklifts, aerial lifts, and overhead cranes as authorized What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems Ability to safely troubleshoot industrial electrical systems up to 480 VAC CMMS experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field PLC troubleshooting experience Experience maintaining CNC equipment, automated machinery, laser systems, or press brakes Facility maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Why Apply?
