Are you a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys keeping properties running smoothly and residents feeling at home? We're looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to support two of our affordable housing communities, Printery Row (43-units) in Pulaski, and Bay City Lofts (48-units) in Green Bay. If you're dependable, hands-on, and take pride in maintaining safe, well-kept communities, we'd love to have you join our team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances. Maintain exterior of the property and pool areas along with tackling seasonal prep such as fall cleanup. Perform daily property walks to keep everything clean, safe, and looking sharp. Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests when assigned. Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using make-ready checklists. Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal. Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and grounds. Communicate with vendors and contractors.
What You'll Bring:
Minimum of two years of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair. Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurability requirements. Ability to be the primary on-call technician. Strong customer service skills with a resident-first mindset. High school diploma or equivalent required.
HVAC-EPA
(Type II), or EPA Universal preferred.
