The Asset Management position reports to the Asset Management Team Lead and ensures the plant machinery, equipment, and facility are functioning properly. This individual will need to model Peragon's stated Core Values while working with other team members, vendors, and community members. Skills & Knowledge Experience maintaining industrial machinery and equipment to maximize uptime Low and high voltage electrical experience (single phase 120V up to 480V three phase) Knowledge and understanding of circuit board componentry Electromechanical and solid state systems diagnostics experience Commercial HVAC experience Knowledge of computer based data entry systems Excellent communication Written Verbal Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial robotics Knowledge of PLC and microprocessor driven machinery Experience completing basic plumbing and carpentry projects Basic metalwork experience Sheetmetal work MIG welding Must be able to perform repetitive tasks of reaching and bending, standing multiple hours of the day and be able to lift 50 pounds Characteristics The Asset Management position requires excellent communication, an innate drive and attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization. Roles & Responsibilities Production Uptime Adjust shift schedule to ensure production uptime is maximized for the production team Diagnose and repair all production equipment to minimize downtime Utilize machinery OEM support for complex diagnostic needs Complete Preventative Maintenance on all machinery and equipment Fabricate and build carts and work tables for production use Facilities Maintenance Maintain the proper function and operation of the facility, not limited to but including Locker rooms, restrooms, etc. Walkways HVAC and lighting Offices Sprinkler systems Liaison for outside contractors as needed Maintain safety records for facility checks Plant Exterior Maintenance Ensure the exterior of the facility exemplifies our Showcase Operation Facility Enhancement Propose projects that will enhance the facility for our team members and guests Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the

Production Manager Schedule & Compensation Job Type:

Full-Time Work Schedule:

Monday -Friday with "core" hours of 9:00 AM - 3:00 PMworked consistently (allowing time for a 30-60 minute unpaid lunch break). Off-shift scheduled repairs are expected. The asset management team is expected to be "on-call" should issues arise at the plant.
