3:00 p.m. - 1:30 a.m.
Pay Range:
$25.48 - $33.15 per hour (based on experience) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting a safe and efficient production environment. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated problem solver who can diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and work independently to keep facility and production equipment operating at peak performance. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues Diagnose equipment problems and complete repairs in a timely manner Assist with equipment installations, adjustments, and improvements Perform routine inspections to identify potential equipment issues before failures occur Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Support production teams by responding to equipment breakdowns and minimizing downtime Follow safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and company guidelines Work with team members and outside vendors as needed to complete maintenance projects Qualifications Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues independently Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and technical documentation Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications Experience maintaining CNC machines or other production equipment Electrical troubleshooting experience Welding, fabrication, or machining experience Experience with preventative maintenance programs Familiarity with industrial safety practices and procedures #IND1
