The Maintenance Technician is an essential team member for Cohen-Esrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents. Qualifications 3+ years of Maintenance Experience Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies Valid Driver's License Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology. Preferred Qualifications HVAC Certified Proven 2+ years of HVAC experience Compensation• $22-24 Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
