Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team at a 32-unit apartment community in Jane Lew, WV . This position is approximately 25 hours per week , with opportunities for growth. Duties include but are not limited to: General lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal as needed Drywall patching and repair Interior and exterior painting Minor plumbing (e.g., unclogging drains, fixing leaks, replacing fixtures) Minor electrical (e.g., changing outlets, light fixtures, troubleshooting small issues) Installing and replacing appliances Turning vacant units (cleaning, repairs, and preparing apartments for new tenants) Performing preventive maintenance and routine inspections Responding to work orders in a timely and professional manner Assisting with emergency maintenance requests as needed Qualifications Prior maintenance or handyman experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance installation Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment safely Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional after-hours calls Strong communication and teamwork skills
