In this role, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining low-voltage systems that power modern communication infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure seamless operation of systems such as CCTV, fiber optic networks, VoIP telephony, and structured cabling, supporting our clients' connectivity needs with precision and professionalism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, enhance your technical skills, and contribute to the backbone of enterprise communication systems. Responsibilities Install, test, and troubleshoot low-voltage wiring for telecommunications, security systems, and data networks. Perform fiber optic splicing and fiber system installation to ensure high-speed data transmission. Conduct system diagnostics using specialized tools to identify issues in Security cameras, VoIP systems, or network infrastructure. Assist with structured cabling installation such as Cat5, Cat6, and other cable types for various communication systems. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on telecommunication equipment and low-voltage electrical systems. Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure proper system operation and customer satisfaction during field service visits. Skills Proficiency in reading schematics, wiring diagrams, related to network wiring and communication system installation. Skilled in using basic power tools, and hand tools. Strong understanding of structured cabling standards (including Cat5/Cat6), and low-voltage wiring practices. Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients and team members. Willing to train quality candidates.
