Job Description
Source One Datacom, is seeking experienced and entry level technicians, to install Structured Cabling, Fiber Optic Cabling, CCTV and Security Access control, as well as Video Surveillance Sytems Duties Pulling and installing network cabling, security cabling and components in commercial and industrial environments. Terminating jacks, dressing and terminating distribution frames Installing support structures (ladders, racks, j-hooks, conduits) Capable of being on feet for 8-10 hours Heavy lifting, must be able to lift 50-70 lbs Experience with installing and fiber optic splicing preferred, but not necessary. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be able to work on ladders and or scissor lifts in a commercial environment. Conduit installation experience a plus. Ideal Candidates Someone looking to gain experience in the ever changing IT and or Security field.
