Job Overview Crystal Clean Dry Ice Blasting is hiring a dependable, safety-minded Field Technician / Industrial Laborer to join our mobile service team. This is hands-on work for customers throughout the Northeast, using specialized cleaning and surface-preparation equipment. Projects may include manufacturing equipment, production facilities, fire and soot restoration, line-stripe and coating removal, structural surfaces, and log home restoration. Responsibilities Assist with dry ice blasting, sandblasting, vapor blasting, pressure washing, industrial painting, and site cleanup. Load, unload, stage, and secure blasting machines, compressors, air hose, media, dry ice, containment materials, tools, and PPE. Set up work zones, floor and equipment protection, containment, ventilation, lighting, and access equipment under supervisor direction. Operate assigned tools and equipment only after training and authorization. Follow the job scope, daily production goals, JSA, toolbox talks, lockout/tagout rules, fall-protection requirements, and customer-site procedures. Monitor hose routing, air supply, media or dry ice usage, cleanup needs, and changing job-site hazards. Take direction, communicate problems immediately, and help the crew maintain steady production without sacrificing safety or quality. Maintain company trucks, trailers, machines, tools, and work areas in clean, organized, job-ready condition. Treat customers, coworkers, facilities, and company property professionally and respectfully. Qualifications A reliable person who arrives on time, prepared, sober, and ready for physical work. Ability to follow detailed instructions, work as part of a crew, and accept coaching. Willingness to travel throughout the Northeast and stay out of town for multi-day projects. Availability for changing schedules, overtime, nights, weekends, shutdowns, and occasional emergency work. Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Ability to pass applicable background checks, drug screenings, and customer-site requirements. Construction, industrial cleaning, restoration, painting, pressure washing, blasting, mechanical, or equipment-operation experience is preferred, but specialized training may be provided to the right candidate. Physical and Work Requirements Regularly stand, bend, kneel, climb, reach, and work for extended periods. Safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with team assistance for heavier equipment. Wear required PPE, which may include a respirator, hearing protection, eye protection, gloves, fall protection, and protective clothing. Work around loud equipment and in hot, cold, wet, dusty, dirty, elevated, or confined industrial environments.

Pay:

$25.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
