No experience? We will train the right person. If you're dependable, good with your hands, comfortable using tools, interested in technology, and willing to learn, this could be a great opportunity to build a long-term career in home technology installation. Our teams work inside customers' homes installing and setting up TVs, audio/video systems, Wi-Fi, smart-home products, cameras, networking equipment, and other residential technology. Experience is preferred for technician positions, but not required for helper positions. We are willing to train motivated people who have the right attitude and work ethic. Positions AvailableHome Technology Technician Technicians are responsible for completing residential service appointments, installations, troubleshooting, and customer interaction.

Typical work includes:

TV mounting and installation Soundbar installation Home theater and surround-sound setup Audio/video equipment installation Smart TV setup and configuration Streaming device installation Wi-Fi and mesh network installation Router setup and troubleshooting Smart-home device installation Video doorbells and cameras Smart thermostats Cable management Wire concealment In-wall cable routing Basic low-voltage wiring Troubleshooting audio/video, Wi-Fi, and connected devices Equipment replacement and upgrades Customer education and product demonstrations Installer Helper / Technician Helper No previous installation experience is required. Helpers work alongside experienced technicians and receive hands-on training while learning the trade. As a helper, you may: Carry TVs and equipment Help mount and install televisions Assist with measuring and installation layout Prepare walls and work areas for installation Help run and conceal cables Assist with drilling and mounting hardware Help install soundbars and audio equipment Assist with Wi-Fi installations Assist with smart-home installations Organize tools, equipment, and materials Prepare equipment for installations Keep work areas clean and organized Protect customers' floors, walls, furniture, and property Assist technicians with troubleshooting Learn how to use professional installation tools Learn proper installation methods Learn proper customer-service procedures No installation experience is required for helper positions.
