Job Description
Wired Communications is looking to hire Cable Installation technicians for coax/ fiber to the home installs. This is 1099 contractor position. Work is full time
- year round.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of our cable network infrastructure.
- Utilize hand tools, volt meters, and other specialized equipment to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Install, repair, and replace cables, outlets, and other communication devices as needed.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other field service technicians to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Telecommunicate with dispatchers, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate work assignments and ensure seamless communication.
- Perform additional duties as required to ensure the success of our business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a service technician or in a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate hand tools and other specialized equipment.
- Familiarity with network installation and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively telecommunicate with team members and customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (for fieldwork).

$1,000.00- $1,800.
