About Us:
We're a growing provider of cable and internet services, committed to delivering reliable connectivity and exceptional customer service. We're looking for a motivated Cable Technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair cable systems (TV, internet, phone) Troubleshoot service issues and perform routine maintenance Conduct site surveys and ensure optimal signal strength Provide excellent customer service during all interactions Maintain accurate records of work performed Follow safety protocols and industry standards
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (technical certification a plus) Experience in cable installation or a related field preferred Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
