MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SEMI TANKERS AND TRAILERS!

We are seeking a skilledSemi Tractor and Trailer Diesel Mechanic to join our team responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of trucks and trailers. This role involves performing routine inspections, diagnosing issues, and executing repairs to ensure the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our fleet. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large diesel engines and commercial vehicle systems, demonstrating strong technical expertise and a commitment to quality workmanship. Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on trucks and trailers to identify potential issues before they lead to breakdowns. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems in diesel engines and related systems. Repair or replace faulty components including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and other critical parts. Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and system calibrations. Keep detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used for each vehicle. Collaborate with team members to ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Skills Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic, preferably working with fleet trucks and trailers. Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems, electrical diagnostics, hydraulic systems, and trailer components. Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently and accurately. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, hand tools, and repair equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Good communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with team members. Commitment to safety procedures and industry best practices. Pay:

$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
