Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Diesel Mechanic to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a fleet of Freightliner Cascadias and trailer reefers, ensuring optimal performance and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity for mechanics who thrive on hands-on work, problem-solving, and delivering top-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform diagnostics on diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, air brakes, electrical systems, and other key components using schematics and diagnostic tools. Replace or repair brake systems, suspensions, tires etc. Perform heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining high standards of quality during equipment servicing and maintenance. Qualifications Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment mechanics Familiarity with diesel engine diagnostics, transmission repair, air brake systems, hydraulics, suspension systems, and tire service. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly; comfortable working in various weather conditions or confined spaces.
