Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems like HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Respond promptly to service requests and emergency call-outs. Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations within the community. Keep accurate records of all maintenance work conducted and system status. Coordinate with external contractors and service providers. Participate in the setup and takedown of events and activities within the community.
