Diagnostic, Repair, and Technical Expertise:
Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and reconditioning of machine systems and components in accordance with manufacturer specifications, ensuring high-quality and efficient workmanship.Documentation and Communication :
Communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines clearly and professionally with the Service Manager, service team, and customers while providing timely and courteous service.Technical Development and Customer Focus :
Participate in ongoing professional and technical training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities. Identify customer service opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and support department profitability.Safety and Compliance:
Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments. Have 2+ years of related experience OR an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program Ability to travel to offsite training facilities, as needed Must have own tools Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independentlyExceptional Documentation and Communication Abilities Preferred:
