Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Diesel Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy-duty diesel equipment, including trucks, construction machinery, and industrial vehicles. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance, safety, and longevity of our fleet and equipment. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, brakes, suspension systems, and air brake systems using schematics and advanced diagnostic tools. Conduct repairs and maintenance on heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, tractors, farm machinery, and industrial equipment. Utilize automotive diagnostics to troubleshoot electrical systems and mechanical issues efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Perform vehicle maintenance including oil changes, brake repairs, assembly of parts, power tool operation, and tire service to keep equipment running smoothly. Experience Strong knowledge of automotive repair principles including transmissions, hydraulics, suspension systems, HVAC systems, and electrical diagnostics. Hands-on experience with heavy equipment operation such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, tractors-trailers, and farm machinery. Skilled in reading schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems. Demonstrated ability to perform fabrication tasks involving welding and soldering with precision. Excellent ability to work independently or as part of a team in high-pressure situations. Physical capability for heavy lifting and working in various environmental conditions while maintaining safety standards. Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
