Compensation & Schedule $25-$40/hour (based on experience) Production bonuses available Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 (for qualified candidates) Benefits Medical, dental, vision, disability, life & supplemental insurance (eligible the 1st of the month after 30 days ) 401(k) with company contribution Paid time off & company-paid holidays Paid training + bonuses for certification completion Employee referral bonus program Responsibilities Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer equipment as directed by the Branch Service Manager Diagnose equipment malfunctions; hydraulic and electrical experience required Recognize and recommend appropriate repairs to the Service Manager Perform effective welding as needed Create accurate repair estimates within work orders Maintain detailed repair records in CDK Global Communicate with OEM/factory for technical assistance Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Strong mechanical aptitude with hydraulic, electrical, and hydrostatic diagnostic capability Proficiency with repair documentation (CDK experience preferred) Welding ability and safe work practices Detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused Physical Demands Regular talking/hearing; frequent standing, walking, reaching, and hands-on work Lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs frequently and 80+ lbs occasionally Work Authorization All Roads Company does not provide H-1B sponsorship.
