OUR MECHANICS FOR THIS POSITION HAVE

Company-provided, no out-of-pocket cost What you will do: Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on fleet vehicles and refrigeration equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration system issues Complete routine services including oil changes, lubrication, and scheduled maintenance Repair and replace components related to: Engines Transmissions Braking systems Steering systems Suspensions Drivelines and differentials DEF and exhaust systems Lighting and electrical systems Inspect equipment to identify worn or damaged parts Install, adjust, test, and verify repairs Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records Help ensure equipment is returned to service quickly and safely Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heavy-duty trucks, trailers, or fleet equipment preferred Transport refrigeration experience is a plus, but not required Must own a basic set of mechanic's tools Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with heavier components as needed Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, and work in a hands-on maintenance environment Comfortable working in varying shop and outdoor conditions, including hot, cold, dusty, and noisy environments Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed Additional Requirements Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings, including background and drug testing Ability to work in varying temperatures and shop conditions Basic math skills and the ability to complete maintenance documentation accurately Don't Meet Every Qualification?
