Summary:

We are currently looking to hire several Diesel Mechanics for our locations in San Antonio and Creedmoor, TX. We have roles open for both entry level and experienced mechanics. We are looking to hire people ASAP so feel free to apply if you're interested! Multiple shifts available

Requirements:

Perform equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, equipment repairs and troubleshooting equipment problems in an accurate and efficient manner Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs when needed Services machinery and mechanical equipment by completing repairs on engines, hydraulics systems, mobile and stationary equipment Prepares and maintains accurate records of services and repairs Some in-trade industrial heavy equipment maintenance experience Possess fundamental knowledge of hydraulics/pneumatics, lubrication, welding principles, rigging, overhead cranes, and mobile equipment operation Ability to read and understand technical documents, diagrams, and service manuals Capable of performing a wide range of physical activities which include pulling, reaching, bending, climbing and kneeling Must be able to stand for significant lengths of time in an industrial environment with exposure to all elements of weather Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail to find root cause for equipment failures Must be able to provide own tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
