Job Description

A robust understanding of diesel engines is essential, along with the capability to thoroughly test and troubleshoot both engines and their after-treatment systems. This role necessitates a keen attention to detail and a methodical approach to diagnosing issues. You will be responsible for executing all critical repairs and adjustments on chassis, engines, hydraulics, driveline components, emission systems, and electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. Tire maintenance is also a key task; you will need to remove, repair, or replace tires as necessary, contributing to the overall safety and reliability of the vehicles. The position requires the ability to carry out duties efficiently and independently, often with little to no supervision, to meet demanding schedules and achieve service excellence. Maintaining a pristine and organized work environment is part of your responsibilities, ensuring a safe and effective workplace. Effective communication with colleagues and customers is paramount. Providing professional service and ensuring customer satisfaction should always be at the forefront of your efforts. A solid understanding of OSHA safety regulations is crucial. You will need to comply with all safety laws and regulations while performing your tasks. Flexibility in your work schedule is essential as the role may require adaptations to meet business needs.
