We design, build, install, and support custom wet bench systems for customers around the world. We're looking for a technically skilled Field Service Engineer to support the installation, startup, troubleshooting, and optimization of automated wet processing equipment at customer facilities. What You'll Do Commission and qualify advanced semiconductor wet bench systems Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, controls, and process-related issues Support PLC-based control systems and automated equipment Interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and engineering drawings Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance Perform field modifications, repairs, and system upgrades Document service activities and communicate findings to engineering teams Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers What We're Looking For Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Semiconductor Manufacturing, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience Experience with semiconductor equipment, industrial automation, PLCs, or complex manufacturing systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed Excellent communication and customer-service skills Preferred Experience Semiconductor processing equipment Automated manufacturing systems PLC programming and troubleshooting Wet process or chemical handling equipment Why JST?
