Full Job Description Responsibilities:
1. Find and identify local resources for after sales support, negotiate and work with service stations to provide reasonable after sales service to customers. 2. Prepare and manage the spare parts, tools, and other accessories of the service stations to support the after sales service and warranty service. 3. Train the local service stations who provide the service to our customer on maintenance, diagnosis, IT, emergency, spare parts and performance and provide the daily guidance. 4. Dispatch orders to service stations according to customer's needs (new car release, repair, diagnosis, maintenance.) 5. Remote or on-site maintenance technical support based on customer's requests. 6. Organize relevant resources to handle warnings, approvals and emergencies according to company processes 7. Assist after-sales project representatives, responsible for the review and negotiation of OEM service terms. 8. Responsible for customer relationship build. 9. Work closely with teams to coordinate projects for installations and service visits.Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in field service engineering or a related field
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineer or related area
- Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and procedures
- Proficiency in low voltage electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Be able to travel for around 40-60%
