What You'll Do As a member of our Technical Services Team, you will: Install, commission, maintain, and repair LAEMPE Core Machines and related equipment at customer facilities. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems both remotely and on-site. Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote diagnostic tools. Train customer operators and maintenance personnel on equipment operation and preventive maintenance. Perform machine inspections, preventive maintenance, and equipment upgrades. Complete accurate and timely service reports, expense reports, and weekly time reporting. Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and

LAEMPE Core-Maker and Core-Making System technologies Foundry core manufacturing processes PLC interfaces and basic program modifications Industrial automation systems Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting Operation of LAEMPE core production equipment Machine commissioning and startup procedures Customer training and technical support Required Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment. Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. Commitment to maintaining safe and organized work practices. Valid driver's license. Ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport. Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight domestic and international travel. Preferred Qualifications Previous field service technician experience. Experience with PLC troubleshooting or industrial automation systems. Manufacturing, industrial maintenance, or machine installation experience. Experience working with foundry equipment or heavy industrial machinery. Technical degree, trade school certification, or equivalent hands-on experience.
